Who We Are

Heart Centred Support Pty Ltd, trading as Twinkling of the Soul, was founded by trauma-informed counsellor Geoffrey Clow in collaboration with his late partner and survivor Georgie Bailey, whose lived experience and insights shape everything we do.

We are a social enterprise structured so that funds from paid services support free and low-cost support for people who cannot afford them. We believe robustly that no one deserves to live under control…. whether by an abusive partner, oppressive systems, or institutional failure to act.

Based in Australia, we work with people and organisations worldwide. We provide trauma-informed counselling and organisational training, publish recovery resources, and advocate persistently for systemic change…. particularly when police, courts, and other systems fail to adequately recognise and respond to coercive control and narcissistic abuse.
