For many survivors of narcissistic abuse and coercive control, leaving wasn’t the end, it was when the system became another weapon. If you’re being intimidated through the legal process, worn down by endless hearings, or gaslit by reports that don’t tell the truth, this is the kind of support that helps you stay clear and grounded. We focus on safety, strategy, and steadiness, so you can move through the process without losing yourself to it.

Trauma Recovery Counselling

Trauma isn’t just a story from your past, it’s something your body still remembers. If you live with anxiety, shutdown, hypervigilance, or exhaustion, you’re not broken; you’re adapting to what happened. I help you learn how to regulate and reconnect safely, at your own pace. You can’t out-think trauma, but you can learn to live in a body that finally believes it’s safe again.

When the harm began in childhood, it shapes everything that follows. You might still feel the old pressure to keep quiet, stay loyal, or take care of everyone else first. This work helps you name what happened, set boundaries that hold, and understand that you were never the problem. You can honour where you came from without letting it define who you become.

When you’ve lost someone you can’t imagine living without, a child, a partner, a loved one, the world stops making sense. Grief this deep lives in the body; it changes how you breathe, sleep, and move through the day. I offer a calm, grounded space where you don’t have to hide how much it hurts or pretend you’re healing on a timeline or in “stages”. Together we make room for the love that remains and find ways to keep living alongside it.
